Do I get to keep the bag?

Of course! Use them for your next order. At Chase we care about the environment and so we designed our branded bags to be perfect for transporting your laundry to and from our facilities.

How can I tell the weight of my laundry?

You don’t need to worry about the weight as there is a fixed price per laundry bag. Items for dry cleaning/shirts that should be washed and pressed will be billed on an itemised basis.

How do I request a pick up?

It’s easy – just log on to our website www.chasedrycleaners.co.uk. The web page will find your location, and then you will follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a pickup time within 60 minutes.

How should I sort my laundry before collection?

Put clothes for wash and fold in one bag and for dry cleaning/shirts for wash and iron in another.

I missed my slot! What do I do?

We are happy to pick up your clothing at a more convenient time. Just book your pickup again using our website.

Which items can be washed and which can be dry cleaned?

Read the care instructions on the clothing label inside the garment to be positive. A general rule of thumb is that dry cleaning is for synthetic materials and more refined items – e.g. suits, delicate dresses – and laundry is for natural materials – e.g. t-shirts, pants, socks.

How do I change my card details?
Just change your card details before each order. When reviewing the order just click the link “Use different card” before placing the order.

You don’t have to worry – we take good care of your clothes. They are insured whilst being transported and they fall under the standard terms and conditions of our facility while being laundered.

Currently, we wash most items of clothing. If our laundry specialist discovers that it would not be sensible to wash a certain textile, we will contact you and agree on how to continue.

Can you get a stain out for me?

We can definitely try! Stains are best treated immediately, so your garment has a better chance of recovery. Turn your garment inside out and run cold water over the stain. This will greatly help the affected area, and in return make the stain easier to remove.

How do I know that my personal items of laundry are in safe hands?

The safety of personal items is in our hearts. Our Chase drivers understand that and are hand selected professionals. If your personal items need to be washed a certain way, don’t worry – we’ll ask you for any special requests when we collect them.

At the washing facility we use a bag system to ensure your clothes stay together – don’t worry, we won’t get them mixed up.

My clothes need to be washed in a specific way – what can you do?

We know that your clothes are very personal items. Hence, our Driver will ask you about the way your laundry should be processed at each pickup.

What do I do if you ruin my clothes?

In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving your items. We’ll deal with these situations on a personal level.

Your order is taken to our professional facilities, which are continuously tested and monitored to ensure a highest quality of service.

How do I redeem my voucher code?

If ordering through the webpage, the voucher code is entered on the very last page before submitting the order.

How do I set up a Chase account?

An account can only be setup when placing your first order either through phone or webpage.

What to do if I forgot my password?

On the login / register page click the link ‘reset password’. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button. An email will be sent to your registered email address with a unique link to reset your password.

I did not receive the reset link. What can I do?

The email may have been cought by your spam filter. Please check if it exists there. If you still can’t find the reset password email, it may be that you entered an incorrect email address when you first registered. Just register again with your correct email address.

In the case that you need to cancel your existing order, you must do so three hours before your scheduled pickup. Please contact our customer service immediatly.
